The Crawford County Probate Court is located in the courthouse which is next to the sheriff's office on Georgia Hwy 42. This court, in addition to various other functions, tries traffic offenses which occur within the county. When a member of the sheriff's office or Georgia State Patrol issues a traffic citation it is bound over to the probate court for disposition. Judge Pam Busbee holds hearings on traffic violations the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
