Major Harold C. Dickey has been with the sheriff's office since January 11, 1984. He was appointed Chief Deputy in November of that year and is one of the longest serving chief deputy's in Georgia. As second in command, he is responsible for all the divisions within the office and also handles the day-to-day tasks of the civil and court security divsion.

| Office Administrator Sherrie McCollum has been employed at the sheriff's office since February 3, 2003 and is responsible for a variety of functions. She oversees employee records, payroll, public records, investigation files, prosecution files, and accounts payable.

Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Manager Samantha Hines has been with the sheriff's office since March 29, 2004. She is responsible for maintaining the CAD system, civil and warrant dockets, tracking local and out-of-county warrants, incident reporting, and inmate restitution accounts. She also assists with maintaining public records and the county's sex offender registry.
